Federal Custom Complete Bike
We previously built up one of the Boyd Hilder's signature frames with all the latest Federal parts. This bike has since sold, but is just one example of what you can build as a Federal Custom Complete Bike.
By buying a custom complete bike you are saving against the price of buying these items all separately, and the bike will arrive with you almost fully assembled. You'll just need to fit the handlebars, seat, front wheel, pedals and pegs.
This Bike is available with any frame in any size we stock and all parts are selected by you (subject to availability.) Just drop us an email or give us a call and we will be able to get your custom complete ready to ride. Please note that express next day delivery is not available on this item due to the time taken to custom build.
Please note, the price displayed is for a brakeless bike built using Federal parts only. If you are wanting to customize your bike with parts from other brands, the final price may vary. Please let us know if you would like to customize your bike with a range of parts from multiple brands, and we can get back to you with a quote.

- We will do our best to ship all ‘in-stock’ orders that are placed before 2pm on the same day (excludes weekends).
- Highlands, Islands and off-shore UK destinations should allow extra time because of their remote locations.
- All orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.
Express next working day delivery is £7.95 available on orders placed before 2pm on weekdays.
TRACK & TRACE
All UK orders are dispatched with Royal Mail, DPD or Fedex and can be fully tracked & traced online.
UNWANTED ITEMS
If you're ordered something and it's the wrong size or fit then that's no problem - you have 90 days from purchase to return it. Simply drop us an email with your order number and which items you wish to return and we will provide you with an RMA number. Items need to be returned at your cost unused with all original packaging.
MISSING, FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Please contact us within 2 days of delivery listing any missing or damaged items.
Before returning any items you must first contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation). The RMA will help us to speed up the return process.
WARRANTY
Please contact us directly to find out the warranty policies for specific brands and products as these may vary from product to product. When contacting us regarding warranty issues please include pictures to assist the return procedure.
