When will my order ship?

We only ship Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays.) We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on a working day, on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will ship at the latest on the following working day. Sometimes if our courier pick up is late and you order between 2-4pm it may ship that day but we recommend ordering before 2pm to be sure.

How much is shipping?

Standard 2-4 day shipping is £3.95 for parts orders under £75.

If you want a tracked next working day service then it's £7.95 and you need to place your order before 2pm. Orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays) as that is the next courier working day.

Parts order above £75 qualify for free standard shipping (Please note that bikes and a few oversize items have a surcharge which will be shown at checkout).

Bikes and some other large/heavy items are charged at £9.95 standard delivery or £14.95 for express next working day shipping (UK mainland exc saturdays and scottish highlands)

Orders that combine bikes and parts will be charged a combined shipping charge stacking both charges.

Please note - No courier offers a true guaranteed delivery service, such things as vehicle breakdowns, delays, weather compromising situations and more external circumstances can and do happen. With this said, we pay for services known as before 12, next day etc and whilst these do their best to stick to the product names, they can sometimes be delayed. If you notice your items are not with you when they should be, please do not hesitate to get in touch as the sooner we can open an investigation, the sooner we can help.
