We stock a range of BMX cassette hubs in Left Hand Drive which is often abbreviated to LHD in product descriptions. LHD refers to the side of the bike that the cog/sprocket/chain are located on when you are sitting on the bike. Typically the majority of complete BMX bikes are with the cog/sprocket/chain on the Right Hand Side (RHD) but some riders prefer to have their sprocket on the left hand side.
